A Slice life.

real-world-logo

hex (2)He leaned against a tree outside the school, it was cold so he was wearing a long overcoat and a red desert scarf. His fingerless gloves where ideal in this situation, he could stay warm but still manage to tap the screen on his phone with a sense or purpose. This was mostly to make sure he looked busy, insuring that other parents would not feel the need to include him in their conversations. 2011-04-27 10-07-32.473

He watched his daughter run about in the playground while he waited for the teachers to signal that school was starting when they would all scurry in to consume todays serving of knowledge.

He noticed a young farther in a business suit wondering over to him. This was an age old social dance that was in play, everyone wanting to get in conversation to prove to themselves that they where the most successful alpha male.

He took some headphones from his pocket and plugged them in as the farther got close enough to say “Morning”. The ruse had not worked, only one ear was being injected with the grunge tornado of Nirvana’s Bleach album, the other was exposed enough that he could not pretend he didn’t hear.

“Oh, Morning.” He replied, that’s when it started, the Q&A session to prove superiority,

“Did you go away over the Easter break?” asked the farther, “No”. The farther was hoping for this answer “oh right, yeah, Tina and i spent the weekend in the Cotswolds, took little Abby hacking”, “Sounds nice”.

“Looking forward to the wedding” asked the farther as if there was no point talking holidays because he had already won, “Not really my thing” – The wedding in question was a rather big talking point, some English royal prince was marrying a pretty young aristocrat, He failed to see the intrigue that everyone else did, if we lived in the 1800’s it would have been an awesome spectacle that people travelled to see as it was many people would get an extra day off work and have a party while watching it live on television, some would see it live on youtube from the office but that was the extent of the event. He planned on skipping the whole thing as much as possible.

The Farther had played the patriotism and holiday success cards so now he moved onto the Job card “How’s work going?” everyone knew that this farther was a well respected young hotshot in middle management. “It’s going okay, i keep busy”. The farther looked frustrated.

He had been dropping his daughter off to school once or twice a week for a few years now, he managed to avoid telling the competitive parents what he did for a living by waving his had and saying “this and that” dismissively every time they asked the truth was that he worked for a logistics company tirelessly working an administration role with some really nice people.

He didn’t tell many people the truth of this, not because he had any shame. he liked his job and all those people he worked with and was proud that he provided for his family but the question was always phrased in a way that bothered him “What do you do?” he worked at a desk. but “what do you do?” was a profoundly deeper question. What he did was work when he had to to earn money for his family, when not doing that he wrote and played games and recorded podcasts and wrote blogs. What he did was exist with a passion for creativity and a love for story’s that manifested as a serious video game love. The socially expected response was “i work in logistics” – screw that.

The teachers blew the whistle and his daughter waved with delight as she scurried into the prison like building in hopes of discovering wisdom, or as she was 6 maybe she wanted finger paints and cookies.

The farther waved goodbye and jogged with intent towards his sliver BMW where he would drive too fast to his place of work, a place where he would find no joy or delight, a place where he would wish moment by moment for release. 2011-04-27 10-11-11.797

He, well, He turned up the headphones that where delivering Nirvana to his mind, he adjusted his gloves and buttoned up his overcoat, then he thought about all the things he could do today while he slowly wondered back to his house. the School yard was already empty, every one was in a rush to go somewhere. where where perks to having a weekday off work.

2011-04-27 10-07-06.352The walk took him about ten minuets, he burst into the house to be greeted by a dog that needed to pee a little more than usual. His wife was still sleeping.  He opened the door for the little fella and hung his coat up on the rack, he unplugged the headphones from his phone and tossed it onto the fridge where it would live for the rest of the day. The coffee pot he had left filtering burped as the last drop fell from the machine into the large glass vestibule. He found his retro Pacman cup and filled it with swirling dark liquid. he walked up stairs and wrote this blog. Then as he typed ‘He’ became ‘Me’ and now I am sharing this little story of my morning with you.

It’s interesting how people are fascinated with each others lives but they are so quick to judge you for having interests that are not what is considered to be ‘normal’ i am often told my colleagues that i waste time playing video games while they feel no need to defend an evening of Coronation street and spooks. i find that my love of gaming and writing and sharing my thoughts gives me more satisfaction than any TV show.

I am also proud that my daughter does not sit staring a box in the corner of the room hour after hour, she interacts with her entertainment with youtube and educational websites. As such he is more inquisitive than other children of her age, she is interested in ‘doing’ things and not just letting things wash over her. she wants to play video games, play music and sit with daddy while we play LotRO together.

Life is good for me and i am sick of people asking about my world then judging me for it.

strangely this only happens when out in the world. Even with trolls and rage posters and all the angry people on the internet i am at least left alone to happily explore the digital frontier and share my blogs, tweets, vlogs and rants, some times i even meet a like minded person to come on this adventure with me for a while.

Be Creative, put a fish in a light bulb

creativity

hexIt has been said may times through the ages that true genius can be measured by a fish in a light bulb. No, that’s not true. Creative urges are something i have had throughout my life and even though i am not an artist or performer these creative urges have manifested in the form of maybe decorating a room or (like now) writing a blog.

With the Joy that can be found within our video games, the sense of satisfaction from a new character level to a completed challenge in paradise city i wonder how many potentially world changing ideas are not being manifested because of the high quality entertainment that we have access to.

I know this sounds like a random and strange idea but while playing video games or even watching a really great movie any creative urges (for me its writing) are simply lulled into silence for the duration.

G_{\mu \nu} + \Lambda g_{\mu \nu}= {8\pi G\over c^4} T_{\mu \nu}Imagine if Einstein had not had that free time to think up the theory of general relativity because he was pwning n00bs in Halo. Does the world benefit from the quality of entertainment available to it? Buy maybe Hitler would have chilled the hell out had he been able to play SimCity 3000.

The amount of my free time i spend being creative vs enjoying entertainment is something that i am very aware of. i some times listen to audio such as gaming podcasts or Red-Ice-Radio speakers while playing Lord of the Rings Online to offset education/creative thinking vs mindless play. but what being said i sometimes stop a session of writing because its making me over focussed and just play  Air Control HD for an hour.

altI Wonder how many things would have been accomplished if people where simply bored more and had more time to think. All this said there is the idea behind the sand mandala, the idea that sometimes just creative thought and play are the best things for your mind and soul. some times its okay to just play.

I urge you to think about how much time you spend tapping your creativity.

Society stole my Henge.

Photo0619This weekend I made the trip to Stonehenge. i had never managed to make time to visit before even though i only live a little over a hundred miles away.

All the pictures on this post where taken by myself on my trip. as i approached the Henge i could not help but notice the lack of respect the visitors had for the monolith.

Photo0624 there where people from all over the world who had made the journey for whatever reason to visit this wonderful place and not to pay tribute of just to bask in its history but to take amusing pictures and run and shout. i was horrified at the way people conducted themselves in the presence of suck an historical and epic place.

Photo0617 its not entirley the fault of the visitors though, on the way into the field that houses the stones you are given a digital audio tour machine, its like a little custom build MP3 player with a man telling you all about supposed official history.

Photo0626I can’t help but wonder if the flooding of such a site with the electronics and power inside the recorders is intentional. imagine the power you would be able to feel from such an old and important site without it being tainted by our technology and disrespectful tourists.

100619_111430

While looking at the Henge i failed at first to be moved and then as i found a quiet patch of the path i looked on and for a moment i imagined the thousands of years that they have stood there, looking on at the world, i remembered the story's i have heard about the place. earthquake predictions, tombs time travel devices, transportation circles and so many more ideas have developed from standing where i stood wondering why they where put there.

That’s when just for a moment in my mind, i was alone looking at an enigma that would outlast myself and even the silly little gift shop that was just a few meters away.

The stones are thought to outdate the great pyramids and be among the oldest man made (maybe) monuments on the world. i was standing in the oldest place my species has ever created.  for that moment i understood how i was supposed to feel. then  a loud tourist took an amusing photo of her friend acting like she was leaning against the stone (ah the joy of perspective)

100619_110905I know that things can not be looked upon as sacred forever and i know that eventually the tourists will flock to anything interesting but i think the vision of stonehenge in my mind was the majestic ideal. the enigma that i barely felt and in my mind i will remember my visit as that.

100619_112027

Its a shame though, while i was down in the area i also took a visit to the Tor in Glastonbury and was moved far more by an old church on a hill than i was by ancient stones of mystery.

100618_151220i think i enjoyed my hour at the Tor far more because there where no loud tourists or gift shops and i was able to focus on the sound in the air (and a very quiet place it is) and look at this strange ‘thing’ standing next to me on a hilltop.

Photo0609both experiences where worth having and very different, i know that the thing that draws people to stonehenge is its fame more than its history. people don’t visit the Tor so much because its lacks the fame and the hill its really a long hard trek but it really it worth it as much as the henge at least.

anyway, i have things to do and a trip to reflect on. (podcast coming soon incase your wondering)

Book report- Emergency

Recently i have read the Neil Strauss book Emergency. it was first lent to me by a friend. i was only two chapters in when it became obvious that i needed my own copy.

Neil_Strauss_Emergency_Cover

This is not my usual read. usually i read philosophical or scientific books so a book that is advertised as a survival manual is not something that i would usually pick up but this is one is very different.

its part the diary and thoughts of the author as he makes the change from music critic to survivalist covering his training and obsessions and in part its a tip guide for budding survivalists.

its much more of a story than it may first appear though and its very well written, Strauss tells the reader in great detail about his fear of terrorism, random events and the government and then catalogues his new skills.

although he passes many of his experiences on he does not divulge very much in the form of actual usable information. its really to be considered much more of a story than manual.

i would recommend anyone to read this book simply because it is such a great story at the same time it caters too the mind set of us paranoid folks exceptionally well.

Its not a David Icke style masterwork of paranoid philosophy but it is very real and very honest, an essential read.

Obama’s brother Samson Obama denied UK visa

THIS IS FROM Panasianbiz.com – June 3, 2010

Samson Obama

Samson Obama, one of President Obama’s half-siblings, was refused entry to the UK due to false documentation. Apparently the president isn’t the only one whose documents are questionable. Samson was allowed to catch a connecting flight to the U.S. without officially entering the U.K.
There’s some rising buzz about Barack Obama’s brother Samson’s UK incident in 2009. The story is old, but is generating renewed interest.
According to BBC News, “A Home Office spokesman said Samson Obama was denied a visa after immigration officers noticed one of his documents was false. That led them to further inquiries.”
News of the World reports, “But eagle-eyed immigration officials at East Midlands Airport, using the latest biometric tests, discovered he was linked to an incident here last November. The hi-tech database revealed that Samson – who manages a mobile phone shop just outside Nairobi – was the same man arrested by British police after he approached a group of young girls, including a 13 year-old, and allegedly tried to sexually assault one of them.”
Further inquiries revealed that he was linked to a sexual assault on a British girl. He was questioned about the Berkshire attack, but not detained.
“He then followed them into a cafe where he became aggressive and was asked to leave by the owner. That’s when police were called and Samson was arrested.”

Another Spiral?

Recently another event like the famed Norway Spiral has occurred ion Australia!

David Icke: Human Race Get off your knees.

It was 6AM when my alarm began to make a noise at me, I was already awake and well on my way to the coffee pot.

Photo0533

I was making the pilgrimage to London to see the first talk of David Ickes new tour. i was accompanied on this trip by the only other person i know who would be interested, my mother.

We drove the 120 miles to London with ease but then when reaching the venue (Brixton Academy) realised that the closest car park was a £15 taxi ride away (as the local one was closed for maintenance) this is did not dent our resolve. soon enough (12PM) we arrived in the queue.

Photo0532

The atmosphere in line was fantastic there where all sorts of conversations taking place and a man playing guitar for charity, there where some people giving away copies of the UK-Column news paper (a great ready by the way, and only £5 a year subscription)

There was also a lady giving out flyers marked ‘Justice for Hollie Greig (www.holliedemandsjustice.orfg) – an important issue that has been ignored by too much by the mainstream news parasites.

There was also a well dressed man in a suit handing out leaflets about Christianity and how Mr Icke is ‘a’ or ‘the’ Antichrist (it wasn’t clear) the little article then went on to tell us that only by fearing and worshipping god can we be safe from evil. it gave us all something to read and kill the time with, it was really nice of the man and make a few of us chuckle (but the arrogance of religious converts is a topic for a whole other post) at the very least it was well written.

Soon enough we sitting down in the venue. the mumblings of the audience was a fantastic backdrop for the anticipation. Then, without warning our speaker emerged, within moments he was in full swing.

As the talk went on it picked up pace and there where many moments where he had to stop talking just to wait for the ripple of applause to stop. his message hit home for everyone!

i found it interesting that towards the end he outlined what he refers to as the wakening and made clear that there is no need for violence EVER and made sure to hammer home that racism or discrimination of any kind is wrong, for so many reasons.

As much as i would love to go into depth about the talk the content of the talk won’t. i don’t think I could do it justice but i will say that i have seen every one of David Ickes DVD’s and read 5 of his books and this talk was powerful in the extreme. Armed with the new information i left the venue feeling charged and positive but most of all i think everyone there felt empowered.

I got myself a copy of his new book before leaving and will start it on my next day off from work. this was a great day and its fair to say that David Icke is still the master of his domain and pushes the envelope with this thoughts. i wonder how long before he is proven right to the mainstream…

Mr Cameron, please, call me V

Ah Mr. Cameron, you are a waste of human skin. how do i know? because you WANT to be PM. and don’t get upset by me calling you a waste of human skin either, its not you its your job track that i  hate.

David Cameron leader of the Conservative Party speaks on BBC's Andrew Marr Sunday programme following the Prime Minister, Gordon Brown's decision not to call a 'snap election' after polls indicated an increase in public opinion for the Conservative leader.Photo by Gill Allen/The Times

As everyone in England will probably we aware David Cameron has taken charge of the country as PM. the Conservatives party has don't a deal with the Liberal Democrat party to form a government after a rather complicated ‘thingy’ that no one understood resulted in ‘hung parliament’ whatever that means. so we are now faced with leadership from the ‘Con-Dem’ coalition. now you see the issue is that anyone who WANTS to be in charge of the country is a megalomaniac by definition and a party that will change its policies to fit with another party (that has incompatible policies) is a foolish megalomaniac.

We have two party leaders both megalomaniacs ready to show the other how Julius creaser felt that day and we are expected to think that they are the most qualified to run the country.

Here is an idea, lets put some one in charge who is not a megalomaniac and give them the mandate to ‘make life better for everyone and try not to screw up’ maybe at least then if that person screws up people will say ‘hey at least he had a go! its not like he/she ever claimed he/she knew what he/she was doing!’

These people who make a living out of trying to be in charge are not the people we should let be in charge. they are sick and need help. do YOU want to be in charge? no of course not, you KNOW your not qualified so why does some privileged private schooled power hungry smug git think HE is qualified? is there a class at school on how to lead a nation? if there was i am truly glad i missed it.

guy_fawkes_1

If Guy Fawkes tried that classic stunt now he would get the vote of every person in the country, at least he was trying to do something positive! no, i cant say that, blowing thing sup is never the answer, violent protest is never the answer but if all those people would just STOP VOTING or at least write ‘NONE OF THESE PEOPLE’ on that slip then at least we would have a chance of change.

I don’t think i need a leader, do you? i would still go to work and eat lunch and take a shower if there where no people in parliament, who needs them?, i just wish that they would stop going to war and taxing me to death.

david_cameron_minimum_wage

I don’t vote, not because i am lazy or ignorant of the process, I don’t vote because i do not care who is in the ‘big office’ i don’t care because when given a list of crazed power mad liars i don’t care who of them get the job, put a single honest man on that list and i will move heaven and earth to cast my vote.

even when i cast my vote though the most popular people wont get in will they? i mean, with the hung parliament that we recently faced it was a game of percentages, most votes voted for other parties but because the combined strength of the Con-Dem’ed won out they got the office, must the larger percentage of people where divided and they got the job on silly pie slices not on sheer number of people on side. Maybe next post i will have a pie chart at hand but for now, do the math and you will see what i mean.

vforvendetta

Now, people, if you care about your country stop voting and read ‘V for vendetta’ at least then you will be as angry and cynical as me.

Size matters

This morning i sat and watched a movie with my daughter, the movie ‘A Bugs Life’ is about the battle between ants and grasshoppers.

a-bugs-life

As the movie unfolds the hero, a little geeky ant travels to the bug city, the city is a vast metropolis built from old packaging and cans. the streets are filled with all sorts of bugs, the movie even shows roads where the bigger bugs ferry about the smaller ones like busses and taxi’s. The traffic lights are made from twinkling Christmas decorations and bubs.

The whole city is under a single caravan in the middle of a corn field no more than a few meters away from the ants home, but to the ants, its a vast adventure away.

ablblu-01

Later in the movie the bugs hide from a bird in the vast canyons of a dried out river bed. To the bugs however the riverbed was truly a deep network of caverns like the grand canyon.

Although it is only a children's film the idea of a whole world and a whole society that exists within our own without us knowing about it is a strange one.

9186e_a_bugs_life

The idea captivated me for the duration of the movie. The same idea can be applied to real life too, when philosophers and free thinkers like David Icke and Neil Kramer speak about the hidden world and the veil that separates us movies like this at least for me really hammer home the concept.

there are many great video’s on youtube that hammer home the point that we are small. in the grand scheme of things we are tiny, less than one of those ants in the movie.

if you think about how vast the cosmos is and how we are all clinging to this ball of mud that is hanging in the vast openness of space we are nothing. So when some one says that something is impossible or that we know everything about reality i am forced to remember that little ball of mud spinning about in the dark and i can it ‘fixes’ my perspective.

and this blog was formed while watching a kids movie. maybe there is more going on here.

Rise of the electric shaman?

Today I was listening to a documentary about shamanism. The thing in specific that interested me was talk about mind altering substances that allow access to different levels of reality.

As I understand it, not all shamans use psychotropic substances some use drums and dance or even fasting to obtain the altered mental states needed.

I listened to the man on the radio talk about the process of trance that overtakes a shaman as he works and I couldn’t help but think that I knew what he was talking about a little better than maybe I should.

Now, I have never taken psychotropic's but I did know what he was talking about. you see, i play video games, i play them allot and some times i play them late at night way more than i should. Last Halloween of all nights i was playing the well known Team Fortress 2. The game is a first person shooter, its done in a comic book style, it has very bright colours and is played very fast.

That night as I played the game in the dark while tired something happened to me, and I suspect i am not the only one that has experienced it. the game became crisp and sharp and everything else dropped away into the background. gamers call it playing hard but i think its more than that, i think at that moment when you realise you are being consumed for that instant by the totally overlapped reality of the game, i think that that is the beginning of a shamanistic experience, i know that the place a shaman goes is far more intense than the video game induced trance but i can see the course and i think that anyone who has played guitar hero for any length of time knows what i am talking about here.

please excuse my babbling but this is an idea that has been forming for a few days now.

If everything shamans go through is to change consciousness and access other levels of reality then maybe its not to strange to use video games for this, maybe the repeated actions and light movements are ideal for the level of focus that may change your state of mind.

jut like dance or music video games give your brain something to focus on while your soul adventures.

are there other ways to free your mind? is electricity and the great inventions that it powers a new tool for the shaman?

Remember the hippies?

hippies1 The Hippie movement started in the early to mid 1960’s originally in America but soon like all good ideas spread to more countries very quickly.

THIS page on Wikipedia has some great historical information about the movement.

As the 60’s faded so did the movement and most the hippies got jobs and became respectable members of society. To this day there are dedicated believers in the ideals as well as stoned teenagers who think they are making a statement and hippy hating jokes that for some reason appear to still be relevant.

hm26tree-hugging-hippies-postersThe movement was born out of dissatisfaction with society, government and the state of the world in general. the Hippies stood for change, honesty and wanted a revolution, a revolution of the mind.

The Hippy mind set is still alive and well on the internet with the Open source software movement headed up my many an aged hippy.

less-hippies-more-puppiesI must apologise for rambling on but my thoughts turned to hippies recently when the rather controversial Digital Economy Bill was passed recently over here in the united kingdom, i wont go into any great detail about the bill but it puts things in place that tighten the controls over digital copyright as well as putting more stress to internet service providers to enforce the existing laws.

it’s a strange thing because the DE Bill introduces a strange dynamic because it is a law that has been forced through by an industry and serves to do little other than highlighting existing laws.

it is in short the first step towards the death of creative freedom on the internet. soon enough there will be procedures and fee’s and contracts even to blog. it is the end game, assuming your guilt of copyright theft, guilty until proven otherwise. this will reduce the numbers of people contributing to the internet as a whole.

so, my question is, where have all the hippies gone? the world is in a much worse state now than when it was in the 60’s and with wars declared on phantoms, politicians taking it upon themselves to enforce laws that protect the music industry what can not protect its own products. lies, tyrants and oppression is everywhere. We are in short due for that revolution of the mind now more than ever.

 obama-hippies-large

In the 60’s the movement did not spread as widely as it could have done because so many people where against the idea of creative and spiritual freedom. this time however its 2010 and  everyone i know at work and in my personal life wants change and freedom so come on hippies, save us. I am not convinced that there is a more qualified group anywhere.

Sherlock Holmes, agent of propaganda.

Recently I saw the Guy Ritchie directed rendition of Sherlock Holmes. Before I go on I should say that I get yes, there will be some spoilers in here some where.

The movie's plot is in brief the story of a secret society within the government, and a rogue member who wants world domination. - that was the very short version.

I of the things that bother me with the story is that when Holmes is told that there is a secret society that is at work to steer mankind's destiny and is inside every major portion of the government he does not respond with anger or surprise, he is in fact quite calm about the hole thing and takes the task of tracking and stopping the rogue member.

Is it just me or is Holmes a little miss-guided I think maybe he was supposed to be outraged and try to expose them.

Then later in the story we see our loved detective actually perform a black magic ritual, he then has a vision that leads him to solve the while case. There is also a constant stream of symbolism in the story that even though does fit the plot it's there, its blatant and it is not kept secret from the characters in the story.

I am worried about this masonic/secret society propaganda and how even the main paragon like hero of the story does not flinch at its existence, its not okay to use secret society's to influence world politics. Do you really think that this is what Arthur Conan Doyle had in mind when he wrote the original work?

Give it a watch and then give it some thought, you may, like me decide that its a little creepy.

some times its all in my mind?

On an almost daily basis I am told that I am paranoid. I'm not saying that I'm not paranoid but I think I have reasons to be a little worried. As do we all.
Recently I have been entertained and educated by people talking about social conditioning through the media. Have you ever thought about what you are watching when you see a movie? A good example of what I am talking about is how in the star trek movie's the whole universe is ruled by a morally perfect military class system. Or how in 'Battle Star Galactica' its the evil Cylons that believe in a single god and the 'good' humans are into polytheisms.

Also if you do some digging you will find that the X-files spin off show 'the lone gunmen' has an episode dedicated to the idea of terrorists flying planes into the twin towers, with the blessing of the government, and this episode aired years before the real event.

There are elements of truth hidden within these things, I have never come across an explanation of this that I have really believed but it happens, and today I came across a great example of it

http://uk.cars.yahoo.com/19032010/36/police-robocop-s-car-0.html

the above is a link to an article that I found through twitter. You see the movie robo-cop was set in the not-so-distant future where private company's ruled pretty much every aspect of our lives through contracting. There was also a cyborg police officer but that's not the portion of the plot that I am interested in at the moment

when the movie was made they chose a specific variant of the ford range of cars to use a cop-cars in the story. Its the only time these cars have been used for this purpose, until now that is.

It was announced that in the coming months the police will be rolling out in the exact same variant of police car as the ones used in a now old movie.

Maybe pretty soon we will all be ruled by a military class system and worshipping Apollo. Never mind though, its probably another coincidence, as if!

watch me poop?

Grace academy. you have probably never heard of it.

its a sixth form college in an area of Solihull/Birmingham called Chelmsley Wood, its an area with a high crime rate and this has been the excuse for the 'people who make decisions' to put camera's in the toilets.

That's right folks, they can watch you while you pee or, err poop. well, that is assuming your a younger person in education.

the faculty are officially claiming that the camera's are not 'active' however as the school is up the road from some relatives of mine who talk to lots of people I can say with all certainty that that is not quite true they have been trialling the cameras since day one of the installation.

its shocking, culturally alone a washroom/facility is a private area. a place off the radar and most importantly gives you some private time, to err... empty your self as well as fix your makeup and straighten your hair.

on a personal level i think that putting camera's in toilet area's is a disgusting and gross tool for perverts. it should not be allowed. ever.

everyone who goes to this school should just stop going until the camera's are removed. acceptance and complacency is how this sort of thing happens.

its not good, it annoys me, and i would hope you aswell. we will be discussing it in our next episode of the Rabbit Hole Express podcast.

Rabbit Hole Express, Time shifting Shelf Stoppers and more strange in the Norway sky

RHO-logo

Rabbit Hole Express

Well, last year when i saw the footage of the Moscow Triangle something in my memory was twitching, a deep buried thought that has taken some time to surface.

Remember the X-Com series of video games? started with ‘UFO – Enemy Defence’ ? they where very popular when i was a teenager but the later game ‘X-Com Apocalypse’ is the one that was set in a city and in the introduction video there was a little sequence of a triangle appearing above a city. here is the video

The Part of the video that got stuck in my mind is 54 seconds in and ends at 1:08

anyway im not sure if its just me but there is something eerie about the whole video in relation to the Moscow event.
