Yes its an old image i know (sorry, its hardly news but some one may not have have seen it)
I found the following image on my internet based travels, its probably come kind of camera trick but none the less, its a sight to see.
(If you don't see it straight away its a ghost image of the twin towers and its above the lady in the red shirt)
If it is genuine then we have to look at interdimensional leakage but in my experience its rare that these things are genuine, usually some student and Photoshop. :(
